Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Customer support is available around the clock and we do our very best to respond within 24 hours.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, contact us within 12 hours, as most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. A 12.5% service and processing fee applies on all cancellations. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, an order can no longer be cancelled; the returns policy below then applies.

Returns policy

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase. A non-refundable amount of $50 per order, which covers the initial product packing and handling fee, is applicable, and items must be shipped back to the original warehouse your package was sent from, at the cost of the purchaser, when returning for reasons such as: a better price found elsewhere, a change of mind, the item not fitting, the item no longer being needed, or the wrong item being ordered.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure the product was purchased from this website within the last 15 days, is in its original packaging, and that you have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Your refund will be processed 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the returned item. Refunds may be held in credit against your account for future purchases if requested, or refunded directly via the original mode of payment (your credit card or PayPal account).

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If you receive a damaged product, a product with missing parts, or an item different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately and our customer service team will address it promptly. If you do not receive your order, contact us and we will investigate.
